Day 22: Puppy Chow == Crack

No seriously, you know that chex mix stuff that's got chocolate, peanut butter and powdered sugar? That stuff is seriously like crack. You take one bite of it and you're done. Well, at least I was anyway. Actually did make it to the gym today, but couldn't get the full up run time I wanted because I was constrained on time...again.

Day 22 Workout -> Interval training
.50 miles @ 6.8mph, .25 miles @ 3.5mph x2
.25 miles @ 7.0mph, .12 miles @ 3.5 mph x4
.12 miles @ 7.5mph, .06 miles @ 3.5 mph x4
Push-ups: 26

Although the Puppy Chow is really bad for you, I did feel really good running today. Who knows, maybe the chocolatey deliciousness just gave me the extra boost in energy I needed. Special shout-out to Grant, Audrey and Steven! Awesome seeing you guys at dinner tonight...love McGuire's!
