Got out of work later than I wanted to today, so I wasn't able to do a full-up workout. And then the Bible study snacks. I dunno...maybe those things are what gets me throug the second half of the week.
Day 17 Workout -> Intervals
.50 miles @ 6.8 mph, .25 @ 3.5 mph -> x2
.25 miles @ 7.0 mph, .12 @ 3.5 mh -> x4
Yep...that's it. That's all I did today. Weak sauce, I know. And it feels like I'm starting to get a shin splint in one of my legs, so it'll be distance swimming tomorrow most likely. Squadron PT is cancelled anyway. Also, Mountaineer game is tomorrow, so LET'S GO MOUNTAINEERS!!!
