Since the waist measurement is truly what's destroying my score, I have to be make sure that I'm exercising AND eating right. The problem of course being that the more you exercise, the more you are likely to tell yourself, "But I DESERVE Coldstone!" Lucky for me, most restaurants around here are a bit of a hassle to get to and since I am all about convenience, I might actually be ok.
I'm off to a good start in that I actually boiled eggs for breakfast for the rest of the week...going to replace a Nutrigrain Bar with boiled egg whites (yum!
Monday's are usually really rough as far as finding the motivation to go to the gym after work, which is where you all come in. If you're reading this and I DON'T work out tomorrow, feel free to send harassing messages ;) Wish me luck!
