Totally still not there, heck I can't even get my heels to hit the floor when doing that move. Still achy this morning, but feeling better now. Delicious dinner of red beans and rice tonight. I know, not the best thing to eat, but I saved some for tomorrow, so it wasn't the whole thing. And some breadpudding, which I probably could've done without, but I've never tried it before, so yeah. Didn't feel like I was going to explode after dinner, so I think it was ok...ish.

P90X Yoga
Push-ups: 26 (weak, I know...I think I started with my hands in an odd position)
Hopefully will do the Stretch program tomorrow. That will depend entirely on when the WVU game is tomorrow. LET'S GO MOUNTAINEERS!!!
