Whoo boy did I just want to go home after work today. I don't know what it is...I didn't used to have this much trouble on Mondays. It was always Tuesdays that got me (shout out to Sarah Nemeth :) ) But now, Mondays just kick my butt. Speaking of butts, I dragged my lazy one to the gym anyway and am totally exhaused now. This is a good thing right?
Day 15 Workout -> Intervals
.50 miles @ 6.5, .25 miles @ 3.5 -> x2 (Pretty red line day so the distances are estimates)
.25 miles @ 7.0, .12 miles @ 3.5 -> x5
.12 miles @ 7.5, .06 miles @ 3.5 -> x5
Push-ups: 28
Sit-ups: 56 or 57...I can't tell if I got that last one in or not
Crunches: 60 front, 40 left, 40 right, 30 leg-lifts
I think my legs are going to mount a full-up protest at some point. I just hope they wait until after the PFT!
