It's not the exercise piece of this that's the problem. It's the food. Life gets in the way as usual. Gotta get back under control with the food. Should be ok from here on out, though, I don't think there are any major events coming up (minus Easter) from now until the PFT.
Workout 19 -> Friday workout
Elliptical machine: 20 minutes
Stationary bike: 30 minutes
Push-ups: 30, then 10 more
Sit-ups: 58 (I think)
Crunches: 60 front, 40 left, 40 right, 20 leg lifts
Elite Eight tomorrow. LET'S GO MOUNTAINEERS!!!!!
