Took it a little easier today at the gym. Legs are killing me and I've got an ugly bruise on my back from doing sit-ups yesterday for PT. Whatever. It'll heal.
Day 12 Workout -> Friday Gym time
Elliptical Machine: 20 minutes
Stationary Bike: 30 minutes
Push-ups: 30
Sit-ups: 57
Crunches: 60 front, 40 left, 40 right
Leg lifts: 30
Tired and I'm going to bed.
