I don't understand how a workout that, realistically, takes less than 20 minutes can cause me this much stress and concern! If we just did each component of the PFT for our PT workout, I would be ecstatic! It's the threat they have hovering over the PFT that makes it such a problem. I just wish I was in better shape or a better athlete...or didn't let running get inside my head so much! One way or another though, I guess it's almost over
Day 36 Workout -> Intervals
.50 miles @ 6.8, .25 miles @ 3.5 x2
.25 miles @ 7.0, .12 miles @ 3.5 x4
.12 miels @ 7.5, .06 miles @ 3.5 x4
Push-ups: 30
Sit-ups: 59
Crunches: 70 front, 50 left, 50 right, 31 leglifts
Tomorrow's going to be rough. Day before the PFT always is. T-2 days
