Was actually on the treadmill doing my walking-warm-up lap. Wasn't feeling really great, but I thought I'd try anyway. Sped up to my run speed made it about 5 steps and went straight to the elliptical machine. I might need to get new running shoes. I've got these sore spots on the outsides of both my feet and my shin was screaming at me to stop. Got the weekend to recover, so hopefully that'll be enough.
Day 26 Workout -> Standard Friday
Elliptical Machine: 20 minutes
Stationary Bike: 30 minutes
Push-ups: 30, 7, 10
Sit-ups: 58
Crunches: 70 front, 50 left, 50 right, 36 leg-lifts
Big day for the Mountaineers tomorrow! LET'S GOOOO MOUNTAINEERS!!!!!
