Pretty decent day today. The almonds are what's getting me through the morning. Just hope they don't burn me too badly in the long run. Shins were bothering me today and we have distance running tomorrow. My body just needs to hold out for a little bit longer!

.50 @ 6.8 mph, .25 @ 3.5 mph x2
.25 @ 7.0 mph, .12 @ 3.5 mph x4
.12 @ 7.5 mph, .06 @ 3.5 mph x4
Push-ups: 26, 10
Sit-ups: 56 or there abouts
Crunches: 70 front, 50 left, 50 right; leglift: 22
Just gotta stick with the program for a little bit longer! PT tomorrow is supposed to be distance running, so we'll see how my shins hold up. T-7 days
