Day 23: Not entirely my fault

I was supposed to meet with a friend after work today (old AF buddy), but he cancelled on me AFTER I already got home. Which means I didn't work out. I'm going to try and be good tomorrow. Get back on the bandwagon

Workout:
- None

Do:
- Good breakfast, lunch and snacks

Do Not:
- Cheese
- Dr. Pepper
- PB&J for dinner
